David KramerMy late father, Dr. Benjamin Kramer, taught me to give back to those who have taught you. That is why I have donated to Poly and to Brown University over the years. When I think of Poly Prep, I think of an excellent education at fine facilities taught by wonderful teachers. I feel I was lucky to have such good teachers. Starting with Miss Mary Powers in First Form through Mr. Robert Desme in French. This list goes on…as well as coaches. I decided to make a legacy gift to Poly to help maintain excellent teaching faculty. I hope my gift inspires others to do the same.

David KramerI was also fortunate to have had a wonderful group of bright, friendly classmates. Dr. Joseph Buchman was my best friend at Poly. The late Jay Kane and I became good friends from the 1980s until he died. There were many others I liked and admired, including Otis Pearsall, Richard Roob, Bob Magnus, Richard Greenberg, Donald Conover, Richard Conn, Dr. Herbert Berger, Hubert Stern and Bob Schoepflin, Dr. John Hermann, Larry Levine, John Pape, Anthony Squadrito and Bruce Wittmer.
